Having employed new graduate dentists in my private practice over a 11 year period, and also having been a tutor at Universities, I am well aware of the gaps in knowledge, understanding and execution of dental procedures that are encountered by new graduates when first employed.  This can be a devastating and stressful period for many and some even question their choice of career after an enormous investment in time and money.

Not everything can be taught at Universities, and time restraints in the ability to cover the vast syllabus means that a lot of learning needs to take place in the first 12-18 months of graduating in the workplace.  The changing face of ownership has also meant that fewer graduates get the mentorship that they so desperately need.

Based on my unique and extensive experience of a practice owner, a tutor, and a certified trainer and assessor, let me be the trainer, mentor and coach.  I have put together an exciting series of cost-effective workshops tailored to address the very problems that might be stopping you the new graduate from succeeding and enjoying the profession you worked so hard to join.
