Payments, cancellations, refunds, and discounts

PAYMENTS FOR WORKSHOPS:

  • Please register online prior to the workshops.  Seats are limited.
  • Note: Early bird registration fees close 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop.
  • You have to log in as a member to register for our workshops
  • Registration fee must be paid in full prior to attending.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

  • All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]
  • The amount refunded is as shown below.

75% refund: If cancelled 3 weeks prior or earlier to the course
50% refund: If cancelled 2 weeks prior to the course
25% refund: If cancelled 1 week  prior to the course
No refund: if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the course or if you don’t attend

Under some special circumstances, in the event that you are not able to attend, you can apply the registration fee to another one of our workshops.

DISCOUNTS:

Early Bird Discount

Register early to get the early bird discount of $40-$50 per workshop.

Team Discount

For certain workshops, a discount applies if 4 or more staff from the same practice attend our workshops.  Please call us or email us to find out more.

Multiple workshop discount

Get a 10% discount if you register and pay for 6 or more workshops 1 week before the start of the first workshop.

Student Discount: 

  • Student Dentists get a 20% discount on selected workshops.
  • Send us a copy of your student ID to get the Discount code.
  • You will need to produce this student ID at the time of entry to the workshop otherwise a full fee will be charged.
