Every practice is different. Problems faced by individual practices need solutions adapted to the dynamics of that practice. One solution does not fit all practices.

In this 1 hour free consultation I try and gather information on what is troubling you or your team members. We then identify the workshops that would best suit your practice – whether it should be aimed at Receptionists, DAs, the entire Team. Then, I tailor the workshop or multiple workshops as the case may be to solve your problem with your team using mainly the bottom-up leadership approach and give you a quote.

Note: Most of my one-day workshops are priced around $380-$480 per person. However, discounts apply if 4 or more staff attend from any 1 practice.

Practices in the Gold Coast and surrounds

I am based in the Gold Coast, and am happy to drive to your practice and deliver the workshop in-house if you are located within approximately a 200km radius of Coolangatta for a daily discounted fee depending on numbers of staff attending. There is no additional transportation or accommodation fees involved.

Outside of the 200km radius

A daily set fee plus return economy airfare and a minimum of 1 -2 nights accommodation is charged for depending on flight connections.

Based in the Gold Coast Queensland / Northern Rivers NSW area, I provide off-site and onsite training and consulting to dental practice members across southern Queensland, northern NSW and Australia. I have owned and operated my own very successful 4 chair dental practice, have trained dentists, dental assistants, receptionists and practice managers for 11 years. I was Head of Quality at National Dental Centre in Singapore for 2 years and have also lived and worked in NZ, Japan and the USA. I am a certified trainer with Cert IV TAE and facilitate workshops at TAFE. I am also a clinical tutor at Griffith University and train young dental students.
